Fremont Custom Homes is proud to offer in-house drafting services via Carrie Fremont Designs. Our draftsman, Carrie Fremont, will turn your home ideas into a formal design document to be used from estimation and permitting all the way through construction of your home.

Through a personalized and personable drafting process, she captures ideas and creates buildable plans for your dream home. We’ll start with an initial consultation to discuss lifestyle, must- haves, preferences, and specifics about your build location. Once contracted for drafting services, you will receive an initial drawing within 2-3 weeks. Then begins the detailed (and fun!) process of working through edits until each detail is just how you like it. Total time for the drafting process can be a few weeks or a few months, depending on how decisive you are with edits. It’s no rush — we want your home plans to be exactly what you’ve been dreaming of.
